World Languages

Middle school students complete coursework in introductory Spanish unless exempt by
the CSE. The purpose of this introductory Spanish course is to provide our students with exposure to the communication and cultural standards as outlined in the NYS Learning Standards for Languages Other Than English. Students gain familiarity with reading,
listening, speaking, and writing.
