It’s the best investment you can make! Membership in the PA is an investment that will enhance your whole family’s experience at Summit. Only with everyone’s involvement can we continue to keep Summit a great school – that’s why we’re here – and also provide the social and learning opportunities that supplement our children’s academic experiences.
Some Key PA Activities & Events:
• Staff development for teaching and clinical teams (throughout the year)
• In-school student assemblies (throughout the year)
• Social, sporting, and cultural events for our children (throughout the year)
• Parent education workshops and speaker programs (throughout the year)
• Lower School Book Fair (November)
• Staff appreciation events (winter and spring)
One of our priorities for the school year ahead is to reach 100% participation among our parents. To do this, we have adopted a new flexible membership dues structure. While $80 is still our recommended dues level, in response to parent feedback we have added three other options to help us do more and to encourage all parents to become PA members.
For the school year ahead, we are already hard at work with Summit’s administration. First, the PA has committed to help support a new staff development initiative for Summit’s clinical teams. Having this year-long access to sought-after professionals and proven leading-edge techniques will ultimately benefit all of our children. Additionally, based on student feedback, we are gearing up to help the school present more themed assemblies with outside performance groups to augment our children’s work in their classrooms and provide unique hands-on experiences they cannot find elsewhere.

HOW TO REGISTER AND JOIN THE PA
Online Registration and Payment (Preferred Method)
Register to join the PA, sign up to volunteer, and pay your dues by credit card online. Please follow all onscreen instructions to register and volunteer using Constant Contact, and pay using PayPal.
Registration and Payment by Mail
You may register, pay your dues, and volunteer by mail. Complete the PA membership form and send it along with your check to the address below.
